The Web Bill Pay service offered by Tropicana Federal Credit Union is serviced by Metavante. Metavante is a leader in the bill payment service industry. They process the electronic payments and checks for our bill pay program.

E-Statements

e-Statements are a FREE and convenient way to receive your monthly/quarterly statement electronically, taking the place of your regularly mailed statement. Statements arrive electronically 3 to 4 days earlier than through regular postal mail and look just like the paper version. Safe and secure using online encryption, receiving your statement electronically eliminates the hassle of storing paper copies and the possibility of your statement being taken from your mailbox without your knowledge!

You will be notified by e-mail when your statements are ready to be viewed. Simply click on the link in the e-mail or log onto your Internet Banking account, click on the "e-Statements" button and select the month you wish to review. Your e-Statements will be available online for 12 months. If you want to store them longer, simply save them on your computer or copy to an external storage device. If you need a paper copy simply print one out! You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer in order to read your e-Statement. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that you can download here or through the e-Statement registration page.

Ready to get started? Click here to register or log onto your Internet Banking account and click on the e-Statements button. You will need to create a user name and password so that you can access your statements without signing on to Internet Banking. However as long as you sign on to your online account first, you won't need to enter the user name and password again.
